BRANDING, DESIGN & SOCIAL MEDIA FOR AWARD-SHORTLISTED HEALTHCARE PROJECT

AGENCY NURSES PROTECT YOURSELF

We were tasked with creating branding, print collateral, email marketing and social media assets for the recent Local Care Force campaign 'Agency Nurses: Protect Yourself, Protect Your Patients'. We also managed the subsequent social media for the initiative. 

The project was devised to help promote the way the business supports, trains and develops its nurses to make sure patients are provided with the best care.

The campaign was a huge success, from both a marketing and an operational perspective and the brand and materials produced continue to be used by Local Care Force to train and support their nursing staff.  

 RESULTS

- The project led to a 42% reduction in reported incidents

- It was shortlisted for a 2017 Nurses Times Award in Patient Safety Improvement - the first agency to ever have been shortlisted

- The supporting social media posts drove additional engagement with over 250,000 unique users

- The materials were both endorsed by and shared by the Royal College of Nursing
