'Nurses Protect Yourself' campaign

We created branding, print collateral, emails and social media assets for the Local Care Force project 'Agency Nurses: Protect Yourself, Protect Your Patients'.

The project was devised to help promote the way the business supports, trains and develops its nurses to make sure patients end up with the best care.

The project led to a 42% reduction in reported incidents and has been shortlisted for a national 2017 Nurses Times award in Patient Safety Improvement - the first agency to ever have been shortlisted for such an award,

Results*:

  • 99% of nurses felt better supported (compared to 36%)
  • 89% of nurses felt safe (compared to 37%)
  • 92% felt better informed (compared to 40%)


*143 nurses were surveyed at the RCN Job Fair in 2014 and then again, in 2015, after 'Protect Yourself' training (and 6 month's working with Local Care Force)
